The Granite Men of Henri- Chappelle

On  October 23,2013 the Historical Society will host author Aimee Fogg, who will speak on her book , The Granite Men of Henri- Chappelle. Henri-Chappelle is a American military cemetery in Belgium where over 7,000 United States soldiers rest. Among those are many New Hampshire solders who Miss Fogg will speak about their stories.  The event will also include a Hooksett Soldier Omar Nadeau who was declared Missing and action and his name is inscribed on a memorial at the Cemetery.  As a side note, My great Uncle’s son Daniel J Sullivan is buried in this soldiers cemetery. The Program starts at 630 pm at the Hooksett library
